Please take a moment to read this through before you place an order.

Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We make our best efforts to show whether we have the items you try to order in stock or not, however if the same items are clicked at the same time by other purchaser, our stock information would not be correct. In such occasion, your order will be process as a back order. We will notify you via e-mail when the item will be available again and will be processed and shipped as soon as it becomes available unless you cancel the order. Please note that as long as you do not make a cancellation on any orders you made, they will remain as back orders.

Please send us back e-mail when you need to cancel such back orders, as soon as you received the notification. If once your order has been in process, we may charge 20% restock fee to cancel any orders.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx International Economy and will take 5 business days to arrive after the package was shipped out. Please note that it does not include the time to clear customs at cross-borders, which may cause unexpected delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by country and region and will be automatically generated at checkout for all major cities and countries. Our rates include insurance coverage, tracking information and fuel surcharges. All items are subject to a surcharge which will be displayed at checkout. Although we make our best efforts to clarify your shipping cost at the checkout for all items, we may not be able to do so if your are in the area we are not familiar with. In such case, we may have to correct the shipping cost to a new amount which may be different from the amount that showed you at checkout. We will notify you exactly the new shipping amount before we process the order. Please note that if you do not respond to the notification, we will go ahead and process your order within 3 business days. The same restock charge above (in Shipping Info) may apply when the item once gets in process without your response.

International Shipments

Cross-border shipments may incur customs and/or brokerage fees. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be incurred by VOLK TACTICLE GEARS. Likewise any customs or brokerage fees applied to international returns will be the responsibility of the returner.

Returns

Please contact us via e-mail within 15 days of receipt of your shipment if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will precess you a #Return Authorization Number. You may return it in unused condition with the packing slip. Please write down clearly the #Return Authorization Number on the packing slip. We may not be able to process refunds without the #Return Authorization Number. The returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We may charge 20% of restocking fee, if the packaging is not in original state or the reasons for the retrun is not by our error. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We do not refund for shipping cost for the items that returned by your reasons. We do not refund for the items which does not arrive to us over 30 days after we notify you the #Return Authorization Number. We do not refund for the items which arrives in different condition from when it was sent out, such as damaged or altered.
